I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Cyprus, where my love for food began at a young age. Surrounded by the freshest ingredients and inspired by the island's diverse culinary heritage, I developed a deep appreciation for the art of cooking.
To further my culinary education, I pursued formal training at a renowned university in Athens, Greece. There, I honed my skills and expanded my knowledge of various cooking techniques, regional specialties, and the importance of using high-quality ingredients.
My passion for culinary exploration led me to Ibiza, Spain and to Kitzbühel, Austria where I worked in prestigious fine-dining restaurants. These experiences allowed me to refine my techniques, experiment with innovative flavors, and understand the intricacies of creating exceptional dining experiences.
After returning to Cyprus, I continued to gain valuable experience in several local restaurants, immersing myself in the vibrant culinary scene and developing my signature Mediterranean style.
Eager to explore new horizons, I recently made the exciting move to New York City, where I currently work in a Michelin-starred restaurant. This opportunity has exposed me to a diverse range of culinary influences and allowed me to further refine my skills under the guidance of world-class chefs.
